Recreation from original old pieces of fabric
Vidal Tecidos take part in the remodelling of the Smoke Room of the Palácio da Pena, with the historical reconstitution of a fabric with a printed pattern, recovered from a piece of furniture from the XIX century that belonged to King D. Fernando II.
A thorough work of reconstitution, along several months, carried out by Dr. António Nunes Pereira and Dr. Mariana Schedel from Parques de Sintra in collaboration with Vidal Tecidos.
We accept the challenge of recreating other fabrics with history, in Jacquard or printed.
